Excellent session… teachers were really clear & helpful. Glad of the advice to wear warm clothes you don’t mind getting dirty… it’s not a clean craft. Harder than you imagine it being but managed to throw 3 reasonable bowls, my granddaughter also enjoyed the session making 2 “abstract “ (her words) bowls. Looking forward to seeing how they turn out when fired & glazed.

Great course! A range of basic pottery skills taught including wheel work and a range hand building techniques in a relaxed yet informative atmosphere. Lora has created a lovely community from beginners to vastly experienced potters supporting each other and sharing ideas. All materials and equipment supplied. Loved the excitement of my work coming out the kiln, all beautifully glazed, so much so I've booked for the intermediate course. Highly recommended.
